According to articles 4 and 6 of the resolution of the honorable board of ministers,International Innovation Zone of IranIt is one of the priorities of domestic investment and attraction of foreign resources of Iran in the field of science, technology and innovation, and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Organization of Investment and Economic and Technical Assistance of Iran are obliged to act with the cooperation of the Park towards the attraction or cooperation of non-resident Iranian entrepreneurs and experts and foreign investors to invest in the field of technology with priority in the region.

Also, according to the government's approval, the vice president for science, technology and knowledge-based economics is required to facilitate the employment and residence of foreign nationals in the region, facilitate the presence, movement and investment of foreign scientists and entrepreneurs, help the possibility of scholarships for students in universities located in the park, employ Iranian professors who have the citizenship of other countries, and facilitate the establishment of branches of foreign universities and banks.
