Knowledge-based companies that have started economic activity but have limited activity volume and financial capacity and do not need an independent building or apartment and have the possibility to pay rent can be established in this complex. The rental spaces of the region include the government building (Seraj Technology Center) or part of the space of land sector companies. In the building of Siraj Technology Center, the size of the units is between 50 and 120 square meters, the duration of establishment is maximum 3 years, and the per capita number of people is one person per 10 square meters.
