Also, according to the above resolution, the employment of Iranian professors who have the citizenship of another country in the region is unimpeded.

 In this regard, Iranian specialists and entrepreneurs abroad, in addition to enjoying current benefits in this complex, are always in the main priority of attraction, quick evaluation of projects, allocation of shared workspace, lease or land and other services.

 The cooperation program with Iranian experts and entrepreneurs abroad is implemented in order to achieve the long-term goals of the country's scientific vision and to take advantage of the scientific reserves of prominent Iranian graduates in order to transfer knowledge, experience and technological ideas to the country.
