From Anti-Cancer Drugs to Probiotic Products
The latest pharmaceutical and biotech innovations from the Iran International Innovation District (IIID) were unveiled at Iran Pharma 2025, featuring advanced treatments for rare diseases and cancer, dietary supplements, and probiotic products.
At the 10th Iran Pharma International Exhibition, member companies of IIID presented their latest breakthroughs in pharmaceuticals and related health technologies. Participating companies included Homa Pharmed, Zist Takhmir, Sana Pharmed Drug Industries, Vanda Pharmed, Livogen, Fedco, and Mim Darou, each showcasing novel products in oncology, infertility treatment, dermatology, dietary supplements, and probiotics.
Homa Pharmed introduced 15 products focusing on infertility, oncology, and beauty treatments, highlighting its R&D and manufacturing capabilities to both domestic and international visitors. Zist Takhmir unveiled seven products, including probiotic dietary supplements and treatments for rare conditions, which received positive feedback from attendees. Sana Pharmed presented five innovative drugs produced locally for the first time in Iran, attracting the attention of foreign delegations and academic groups in pharmaceutical sciences. Mim Darou exhibited more than 30 products, reporting higher visitor engagement compared to last year.
With more than 110 health-related companies, IIID is the largest health sector innovation hub in the country, producing advanced medicines that meet domestic needs and help prevent capital outflow.
