Specialized dispute resolution complex for knowledge-based and elite companies

With the development of the country's knowledge-based activities, including; The development of knowledge-based companies, especially the activities of technological units located in parks and growth centers, innovation factories, the favor of elites and knowledge-based companies to Examples of intellectual property And the annual registration of hundreds of invention titles in the country necessitated the establishment of a dispute resolution council with a specialized approach to handling disputes between knowledge-based companies, inventors and elites in various fields of science and technology.

Therefore, in 1392, a special dispute resolution council was established to deal with disputes between knowledge-based companies and elites, under the supervision of Pardis Technology Park, the Judiciary, and the Vice President for Science, Technology and Knowledge-Based Economy. The above-mentioned specialized council has two branches numbered 2627 and 2628.

At the beginning of 1401, citing the naming of the year as "the year of production; knowledge-based and job-creating" in order to facilitate judicial services to the country's elite society through dispute resolution and with the cooperation of the judiciary of this center from a special complex to Specialized complex for dealing with disputes of knowledge-based companies and elites promoted

Branch members

According to the decree of the head of the judiciary, Dr. Mohammad Hassan Kayani (former head of the Intellectual Property Center of the Real Estate and Document Registration Organization and judicial inspector at the time of the General Inspection Organization) is in charge of the position of judge and supervision of the complex. The members of the branches also include 6 elites and effective people of innovation and technology ecosystem in different scientific fields of the country.

Qualifications

1- The powers of Article 8 of the law regarding handling the requests of individuals, whether real or legal, the possibility of dealing with disputes and creating peace and compromise in all civil and legal matters, all transmissible crimes and the private aspect of non-transmissible crimes;

2- Dealing with requests related to the conclusion, validity, termination, violation, interpretation or implementation of contracts of legal and legal entities active in the technological and knowledge-based fields of the country;

3- Dealing with disputes related to the violation of intellectual property rights arising from the subject of the contract, such as inventions, trademarks, industrial designs, trade secrets, technical know-how, etc.;

4- Dealing with disputes related to legal contracts where the arbitration clause of the said council in case of a dispute is stated in its text, or the matter of the dispute is referred to the Dispute Resolution Council for dealing with disputes of knowledge-based and elite companies with the consent of the parties.
