The emerging literature of human capital development has highlighted the role of knowledge workers as a key resource in knowledge-based and technological companies. On the other hand, the presence of a significant number of knowledge-based and technological companies in the campus technology park and the importance and position of the workforce in this ecosystem, the need to create processes to identify and provide specialized human resources for these companies is felt more and more.

Considering the variety of services in the field of human capital and in order to provide more targeted services to member companies, Iran International Innovation Zone established a human capital development center in 1402. The main goal of this center is the integrated facilitation of all human capital processes of member companies.

1. Oyster system

Samaneh Sadaf aims to create a targeted communication bridge between job seekers and employers by reflecting job opportunities, internships, internships, projects, military orders, etc., in order to provide human resources for companies that are members of Fardis Technology Park. Also, notifications of all events and plans related to the field of human capital are done through this system.

2. Oyster empowerment plan

Sadaf Empowerment Project is organized with the aim of empowering intellectual human capital and focusing on university students and graduates in order to help them play an effective role in the ecosystem of technology and innovation and design a future professional and career path based on the talents and characteristics of each person.

This plan consists of four main phases: self-knowledge and recognition of career styles, designing a professional career path, improving skills in the field of soft skills and getting to know the ecosystem of technology and innovation, the business environment, and specialized and targeted visits to knowledge-based companies so far in more than 18 provinces and several complexes in Tehran province (including Shahid Beheshti University, Tehran University, Tarbiat Modares University, Tehran Province Elite Foundation and Campus Innovation District) for more than 5500 people have been held during the last 5 periods.

3. Training of employees of member companies

One-day and short-term training workshops are planned and announced during a seasonal training calendar at the beginning of the seasons of each year. The purpose of holding these workshops is to respond to the general educational needs of the business sector or the needs of the member companies and technology units, which are felt in the process of the companies' activities.

4. Internship and internship services/ technology assistant

 One of the services of Iran's international innovation zone in order to attract and maintain human capital is holding various training courses. In these courses, students and job seekers, based on their work and education records, work in applicant companies.

 The technology assistant project is also organized with the aim of active participation of students in the technology and innovation ecosystem of the country under the leadership and guidance of the university institution, the international innovation zone of Iran and with the support of the deputy of technology and innovation of the Ministry of Science. In this project, after being interviewed and selected by technology and knowledge-based companies, students spend a 6-month period of student work in technology and knowledge-based companies.

5. Boot camps

Specialized bootcamps are held with the aim of teaching technical and specialized skills to students and graduates of universities and to provide specialized human resources needed by knowledge-based and technological companies. These bootcamps are held based on the needs of the labor market and in specialized fields such as programming, artificial intelligence, cyber security, robotics, drones, mechanics, electronics, etc., and so far, more than 600 people have been held in the mentioned fields.

6. Jobmate oyster and work station

The work station is held with the aim of providing human capital services to employers and job seekers in different sectors. In this station, employers can choose the desired force for cooperation through the job opportunities that they have already given will. Also, job seekers can check job opportunities and cooperate with companies while receiving career counseling services.

Among the work station programs, we can mention the job meet oyster event, work cafe, career counseling and coaching, human capital panel, experience transfer panel, human resource rating, employer brand, job opportunity booklet, etc. Also, those interested can refer to the isadaf.ir system to know the details of the workstation programs.

7. Technology tours

Technology tours are organized with the aim of improving the capabilities and awareness of students in various scientific, technological, cultural and social fields. In these programs, the participants get to know the latest technologies and tools available in the industry, meet the successful entrepreneurial models of the country, and also visit knowledge-based and technological companies. Also, this program is coordinated so that companies can use the capacity of active and interested human resources for cooperation.
